Throughout my years with NCSEA, I've never felt greater about our work than I do about our Women in Clean Energy Initiative. For me personally, WICE represents an opportunity for me to use my talents as an advocate for women to support women in a new way--by helping them navigate the predominately white male energy industry. 

WICE allows me to work with women in North Carolina's clean energy industry as we grown and learn to all be stronger ourselves, together. 

I'm so grateful for NCSEA's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusiveness in all we do, and WICE's success is one huge part of that. The work is not done, but we will continue together.

The WICE Initiative consists of over 600 individuals and has plans to increase its impact and reach through the relaunch of its Mentorship Program. The Mentorship Program is free and directly supports the WICE Initiative’s mission to connect women in clean energy and amplify their voices.
