I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility related to contracting the virus while attending an event hosted by NCSEA. I declare I am not experiencing or exhibiting any COVID related symptoms as outlined by the federal and state Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) such as fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath, and I declare that I will not attend this event if I am experiencing or exhibiting any COVID related symptoms at the time of the event. I acknowledge I must follow the safety protocols that have been implemented including practicing social distancing, wearing a mask, and maintaining separation of six feet from individuals.I acknowledge that I have read NC Sustainable Energy Association’s COVID Event Guidance, in addition to the organization's Event Code of Conduct, Photography and Video Disclaimer, and Event Refund Policy.
