CCEBA represents businesses throughout the clean energy sector, including independent power producers/developers as well as those in the clean energy supply chain. These include manufacturing, engineering, construction, financial and legal services, as well as businesses who want to purchase clean energy.

CCEBA was formed from the combination of the North Carolina Clean Energy Business Alliance and the South Carolina Solar Business Alliance. Clean energy businesses are increasingly working across state lines, and this new organization allows for simultaneous and more effective lobbying, education, and intervention in both North and South Carolina, thereby providing more value for our members.
